After a baby is born, normal life is thrown out the window. I've gotten to the point where I'm ok with this; I don't fight it and I try to embrace it. Don't you just love a new year? A new start? I love that God gives us new years, new months, new weeks, new days, and new minutes for new starts. Because sometimes, we all need a new start. A Family of 6

Do you know what happens when you have a family of  (almost) 6?

I'm just starting to figure it out.

You need a lot of food. I mean, a LOT. And it would really help if you had bigger pots and pans.

How NOT to Decorate a Cake

Gideon had a birthday! His birthday is at the beginning of September, so we had a family party. We only do big parties once in a lifetime. Because, well, you'll see why.

Or what the plan is for our homeschool days....

Or how we're going to get everything done...

I've run a couple of trials here and there to see if everything I want to get done in our days, CAN get done. I think it will work, with a bit of tweaking and flexibility.
